Founded in 2024, the Ventania Foundation was born from a shared vision to empower youth through sports. Co-founders Pedro SantAnna and Yuuki Chibana believe in the transformative impact of athletic pursuits in building discipline, resilience, and a sense of belonging. The foundation is committed to equipping young people with the resources, training, and mentorship needed to excel in sports like kitesurfing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fostering both personal and community growth.
Who makes it happen?
Pedro brings a background in entrepreneurship and social impact, with a focus on mission-driven projects that prioritize community. His passion for kitesurfing and commitment to supporting young athletes inspired him to launch Ventania, where he uses his experience to help young people reach their potential through sports.
Yuuki’s life across Bolivia, Japan, US and Brazil taught him the importance of unity and inclusivity. With a background in organizing and a genuine dedication to youth empowerment, he brings this perspective to Ventania Foundation, aiming to create meaningful opportunities for young athletes to grow both on and off the field.
